Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at Monks, you will lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering talent and building strong client partnerships. Your role involves developing direct reports for long-term success and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include driving technical execution of the roadmap, collaborating with product management to balance feature development and operational stability, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders. You will also be accountable for the quality of the team's deliverables and provide technical guidance to ensure scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with over 8 years of professional engineering experience and at least 3 years in management. Experience with web and native (iOS) applications is essential, along with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A proven track record in driving complex engineering projects and defining quality standards is also required.
