A strong inclination towards a culture of experimentation, testing, and learning is essential to drive product growth. Experience in supporting and developing engineers to reach their full potential is crucial, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. High agency and adaptability to a constantly changing environment are also important.

The base salary for this position ranges from €70,400 to €105,600 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, offering equal opportunities for all employees. Joining GoCardless provides the chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the payments industry, with opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.
