Engineering Manager, Cloud Experience
CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud & Admin Consoles team within the Cloud Experience organization. This team is responsible for developing the primary graphical interfaces of CoreWeave's AI cloud platform, including cloud and admin consoles, REST/gRPC APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code interfaces, CLIs, SDKs, and agent-centric workflows. The role involves delivering a unified, secure, and scalable developer experience across products and services, focusing on how users understand, operate, and govern their workloads through these interfaces.
The Engineering Manager will lead a team of frontend and full-stack engineers to deliver high-quality cloud and admin console features used by customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include owning console information architecture, navigation, and layout to ensure users can easily discover, understand, and manage resources. The role also involves defining and evolving reusable UI components and patterns, partnering with Product and Design to translate user journeys into clear workflows, and collaborating with API, IAM, and platform teams to design integrations that make the console a first-class client of underlying services.
Candidates should have at least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including 1–3 years as an engineering manager or technical lead with people-lead responsibilities. Proven experience leading teams that build and ship modern web frontends at scale using React, TypeScript, and component-based design systems is essential. Additional qualifications include experience translating user journeys into well-structured workflows, a strong understanding of backend-for-frontend patterns and consuming GraphQL APIs, and familiarity with accessibility, internationalization, and responsive design best practices.
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by CoreWeave, company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), mental wellness benefits, family-forming support, paid parental leave, flexible childcare support, 401(k) with a generous employer match, flexible PTO, and a casual work environment.
