Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager - AI to lead a dynamic team in Berlin, focusing on developing innovative AI solutions that enhance healthcare services. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for defining the team's mission and vision in partnership with product leaders, setting clear roadmaps, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing the team's production, quality, and delivery, establishing standards for security, reliability, performance, and scalability, and driving continuous process improvements. The role also involves participating in architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet Doctolib's quality standards.
Candidates should have at least six years of software engineering experience and three years in management roles. Experience in scaling technical organizations and implementing best practices is essential. Strong technical skills in developing complex, scalable systems, particularly AI-based products, are required. Effective communication skills and the ability to translate company goals into team objectives are also important.
