Enablement Manager
The Enablement Manager at Morgan & Morgan is a pivotal role within the Operations Team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm's litigation staff across various regions. In this role, the Enablement Manager will oversee and develop litigation staff, monitor compliance, enforce operational goals, and resolve challenges by coordinating with departments such as Learning & Development, IT, and HR. Additionally, the manager will audit case files, establish performance evaluation processes, and facilitate training to ensure staff proficiency.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with experience in the legal or personal injury industry being advantageous. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential, along with a working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
