Enablement Manager
The Enablement Manager at Morgan & Morgan plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm's litigation teams across various regions. This position is integral to the Operations Team, focusing on providing comprehensive training, performance management, and operational support to case staff, ensuring that business operations are optimized for peak performance.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and developing litigation staff, monitoring and enforcing compliance, setting and tracking operational goals through KPIs and dashboards, resolving operational challenges by coordinating with other departments, auditing case files for efficiency, facilitating training with the internal Learning and Development Team, guiding case staff in proactive claim negotiations, contributing to strategic initiatives, communicating firm goals, onboarding new hires, and building relationships with case staff and attorneys in each region.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with at least 2 years of paralegal or litigation experience in the personal injury industry. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential, as well as a working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adaptability, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills are also important.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
