As an EMVI Strateeg at BESIX Infra Nederland, you will play a pivotal role in developing winning strategies for our infrastructure project tenders. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will craft proposals that meet client requirements and enhance our competitive position. BESIX Infra Nederland is a knowledge-driven contractor specializing in road construction, offering full-service support from consultancy and design to implementation and maintenance. Our headquarters are in Herten, with additional offices in Roermond and Den Bosch, fostering an informal atmosphere with short communication lines.
Your primary responsibilities include translating EMVI (Economisch Meest Voordelige Inschrijving) criteria into distinctive quality strategies with appropriate measures. This involves analyzing tender documents to identify key criteria, writing compelling and unique EMVI texts, and collaborating with project teams to gather technical and commercial input. You will also present EMVI strategies to management and stakeholders and monitor market developments and trends in the infrastructure sector.
The ideal candidate possesses an MBO+ or HBO level of education in communication, commercial, or journalistic fields, along with several years of relevant experience. Proficiency in writing EMVI plans is essential, as is an excellent command of the Dutch language in writing, reading, and comprehension. Strong writing skills, creativity, independence, and a willingness to learn are also key attributes.
