Empower Support SME

The Empower Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Eurofins is a pivotal role within the Biochemistry department, focusing on providing comprehensive support and training for Empower Software, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) techniques. Eurofins is a global leader in analytical testing services, committed to ensuring the safety and authenticity of products across various industries.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training curricula for new analysts on HPLC and CE instrumentation, assisting the Empower Support Lead in evaluating reports and project setups, and serving as the primary contact for instrument setup inquiries and best practice routines. The SME will also collaborate with training administration to schedule and execute training sessions, maintain current resources for troubleshooting, and develop additional materials to support analysts during instrument setup and testing.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in science or a related field and have a minimum of three years of experience with HPLC instrumentation, Capillary Electrophoresis, and Empower Software. Strong technical troubleshooting skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
