This role is pivotal in managing employment litigation and disputes across the United States, providing strategic legal guidance to the business and Human Resources (HR) teams on complex employment matters. As the sole dedicated employment legal position in the U.S., the Employment Counsel will collaborate closely with the Amsterdam-based Employment Counsel and HR Business Partners worldwide to ensure cohesive and effective legal strategies.
