You will collaborate closely with various departments to showcase our company culture, values, and employee experiences, thereby attracting top talent to our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing our social media platforms and career websites to effectively communicate our employer brand. You will create compelling content such as videos, articles, and social media posts that highlight employee success stories and company events. Additionally, you will represent at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in HR, employer branding, employee engagement, or related areas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in content creation, event management, or social media strategy, as well as proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite, will be beneficial.
