EMEA - International Technical Sales Representative (0-3 years experience)
Formlabs is seeking an International Technical Sales Representative to join our Global Sales team in Berlin, Germany. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to bringing cutting-edge 3D printing technology to designers, engineers, and medical institutions worldwide. Formlabs' innovative products are trusted by industry leaders such as Google, Tesla, and New Balance, reflecting our commitment to revolutionizing the 3D printing industry.
In this position, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, focusing on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying and following up on inbound sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and representing Formlabs at trade shows and customer events. Collaborating with key decision-makers, you will develop strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related STEM field and possesses 0-3 years of full-time work experience. Fluency in both German and English at a C1 level or higher is required, with additional European language skills considered a plus. A natural curiosity about technology, strong relationship-building abilities, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with effective communication skills via phone, video, and email, is crucial.
Compensation for this role includes an annual on-target earnings (OTE) of 60,000 to 80,000 EUR, comprising an uncapped sales bonus and equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs).
