Embedded CI Program Lead
The Embedded CI Program Lead at Anduril Industries is a pivotal role within the Counterintelligence (CI) and Security Investigations Team. This position is dedicated to supporting a specific division of Anduril, focusing on identifying and mitigating potential nation-state threats and risks associated with the division's assets, personnel, technologies, and supply chain. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure the security and resilience of the company's operations in a dynamic global environment.
Key responsibilities include providing embedded CI program support tailored to the division's unique threats and requirements. The lead will coordinate with federal agencies, such as the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, to access relevant threat information and stay abreast of evolving adversary tactics. Establishing collaborative partnerships across internal stakeholders is essential to gather data necessary for comprehensive research and analysis of threats from nation-state adversaries. The role also involves analyzing data from various sources to identify threats and anomalous behaviors, producing strategic products to support the division, and providing analytic support to suspected CI, insider threat, and security incidents.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field. A minimum of seven years of relevant work experience in CI investigations or analysis, insider threat assessment, people/entity risk vetting, and intelligence analysis is required. The role demands strong critical thinking skills to creatively solve complex problems and produce actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment. Experience with multiple data sets and tools to support complex research and analysis, as well as developing risk assessments and mitigation strategies, is essential. Additionally, candidates must have experience providing CI support to classified programs and possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
