Additionally, the specialist will ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics, oversee weekly and monthly reporting, and conduct ad hoc deep dives to measure and enhance campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid are essential. Strong HTML skills, good copywriting abilities, and a data-driven mindset are required. The candidate should be organized, proactive, capable of managing a high pace of work, and fluent in English.
