As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to maintaining the high quality and reliability of our products, supporting Vention's mission to help manufacturers automate their operations efficiently.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include inspecting incoming electrical and electronic components such as sensors, motors, wiring, connectors, and PCBs to ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and standards. You will perform visual inspections and utilize electrical testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and continuity testers to verify functional performance. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electronics or Industrial Electrical Technology, along with relevant experience, will also be considered. A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or testing of electrical/electronic components is required. Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic tools such as multimeters, power supplies, and test jigs, along with a strong understanding of electrical schematics, datasheets, and technical specifications, is essential. Familiarity with IPC standards or CSA/UL certification practices is an asset. Experience working with ERP systems or quality inspection software, good communication and documentation skills in English (French is an asset), high attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset are also important qualifications.

Vention offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible paid time off and remote work policies, complimentary beverages and snacks, global comprehensive health plans, and career growth opportunities.
