Eurofins is seeking an Electric/Electronic Regulatory Affairs Technician to join its Product Testing, Cosmetics & Personal Care division in Barcelona, Spain. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for electrical and electronic products, as well as other consumer goods such as toys and household items. The successful candidate will be part of the Regulatory Services team, reporting directly to the Regulatory Services Manager.

Key responsibilities include updating product data sheets and databases with current legal and normative requirements, particularly for electrical and electronic products. The technician will monitor bi-weekly changes in CEN-CENELEC standards, updating internal reports accordingly. Additionally, the role involves identifying and analyzing product data sheets affected by regulatory changes, estimating associated costs, and providing technical support and consultancy to internal departments regarding applicable legislation.

Candidates should possess a higher degree in electrical or electronic specialties and have knowledge of European and national regulatory frameworks for the electrical/electronic sector. Proficiency in Spanish (native level) and a medium-high level of English are required. Applicants should have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and demonstrate organizational and methodical abilities suited to document management processes. A minimum of two years' experience is required.

Eurofins offers immediate incorporation into a continually developing multinational company, with a permanent full-time contract. The position includes a split workday from Monday to Thursday and an intensive schedule on Fridays, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Partial remote work is available after the initial training period. The salary range is competitive and commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
