EHS Global Office and Communications Manager
The EHS Global Office and Communications Manager at CoreWeave plays a pivotal role within the Global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, supporting all business operations. This position collaborates across office management, human resources, procurement, and legal teams to foster a robust EHS culture. Key responsibilities include coordinating global EHS office program activities and governance meetings, developing and executing EHS communications and engagement strategies, and standardizing global EHS office processes and tools. The role also involves establishing EHS requirements for future office builds, providing staff training on key EHS programs, supporting EHS investigations, and conducting safety audits and risk assessments across various work environments. The position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.
Candidates should have over five years of progressive experience in EHS, demonstrating success in leading employee engagement initiatives and implementing comprehensive EHS programs. A Bachelor's degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety field or equivalent professional experience is required. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in data analytics to drive program accuracy and innovation are essential. Professional fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic is highly preferred, along with advanced degrees or EHS certifications such as CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30, or ASP.
The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $179,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
