Education Marketing Specialist - Indonesia
As an Education Marketing Specialist at Canva, you will be at the forefront of executing localized marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing Canva's presence in Indonesian classrooms. Collaborating closely with the Education team, Community, Social, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, your efforts will directly influence how teachers and students integrate Canva into their educational experiences, fostering improved teaching and learning outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end execution of education marketing campaigns, from initiation and briefing to rollout and performance reporting. You will develop insight-driven campaign briefs that translate strategic goals into structured execution plans, ensuring campaigns resonate with Indonesian educators and students. Coordinating assets across internal teams and external partners, you will maintain clear timelines and quality standards to deliver campaigns that are on time, on brand, and of high quality. Additionally, you will execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, influencer partnerships, paid media, and in-product surfaces, optimizing channel mix and messaging to expand reach and engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in the Indonesian education market, particularly within the K–12 sector, and understand how teachers and students utilize digital tools in real classroom settings. You should have a proven track record of running end-to-end campaigns targeting educators and/or students, with the ability to move confidently from insight to brief, coordination to launch, and reporting to iteration. Strong skills in localizing global ideas into culturally relevant narratives for Indonesian education audiences are essential, as is the ability to activate and engage education communities across multiple channels. A data-driven and impact-focused approach, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
