Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an eDiscovery Trial Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working directly with trial teams to provide comprehensive trial support, including pre-trial evidence management, preparation of exhibits and demonstratives for legal proceedings, and technical assistance before and during trials. The position can be based in one of the firm's offices, including Atlanta, Austin, Birmingham, Boston, Century City, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York, Newport Beach, Orlando, Philadelphia, Portland, Richmond, San Francisco, Seattle, Stamford, Tallahassee, Tampa, Tysons, Washington D.C., and West Palm Beach.

Key responsibilities include traveling to serve as the "hot seat" operator during legal proceedings to manage and present exhibits and multimedia presentations, preparing and organizing trial exhibits, editing and organizing audio and video materials, and setting up, testing, and managing equipment and trial presentation software at trials, litigation war rooms, mediations, and arbitrations. The specialist will also create and develop demonstrative visuals to support case presentations, conduct pre-trial simulations to ensure smooth execution of technology and presentation materials, and work closely with attorneys to develop effective presentation strategies. Additional duties involve assisting eDiscovery Project Managers with client requests, overseeing the full life cycle of litigation support projects, implementing recommended practices in line with firm policies, coordinating data transfer and storage, tracking delivery schedules, and participating in post-project analysis to improve workflows. The role also includes developing and delivering training to litigation case teams on effective document review protocols and promoting the use of litigation technology within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on trial presentation experience using OnCue or Trial Director, the ability to create trial demonstratives such as PowerPoint presentations and various charts, and familiarity with standard litigation support platforms like Relativity, Everlaw, and Opus2. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills, as well as a collaborative mindset, are essential. Experience with Brainspace is also required. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional litigation experience. Proficiency in graphic design, infographics, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and audio and visual editing tools is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Everlaw Analytics or other analytics tools, and a background in large law firms or strong consulting experience.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $134,000 to $201,000 annually.
