eDiscovery Consultant

AlixPartners is seeking an eDiscovery Consultant to join their Risk Advisory team in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves supporting clients through the electronic discovery process, including data preservation, collection, and analysis, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

As an eDiscovery Consultant, you will establish and implement protocols for the eDiscovery life cycle, manage large data sets, and advise clients on data collection strategies for litigation cases. Your responsibilities will also include utilizing industry-standard software tools to perform custom solutions tailored to client requirements and ensuring the accessibility of electronic files for potential litigation.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM fields, and have a strong academic record. Experience in legal, data, or related fields is advantageous. Essential skills include project management, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Alteryx, Python, Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI, PowerShell, Microsoft Access, Relativity, and Brainspace is beneficial.
