We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project focused on the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong emphasis on institutional adoption. The team is dedicated to building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner.

The Ecosystem Marketing Manager & Event Lead will define and execute the ecosystem growth strategy, positioning the network as a core infrastructure layer for RWA, stablecoins, and institutional use cases. Responsibilities include designing and leading global ecosystem events such as developer conferences, hackathons, roadshows, demo days, and institutional forums, from strategy to execution. The role also involves building and managing relationships with developers, founders, protocols, venture partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive long-term network adoption.

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in ecosystem marketing, community growth, partnerships, or event leadership within Web3, fintech, or high-growth technology environments. A strong understanding of Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, developer communities, and the dynamics of decentralized networks is essential. Proven experience leading large-scale Web3 events, hackathons, or ecosystem programs with measurable impact is highly valued. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences are also required.

Additional qualifications include an existing network across Web3 developers, founders, VC funds, and ecosystem partners. Experience working with institutional-facing blockchain products or RWA-related initiatives is advantageous. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prior experience scaling early-stage blockchain ecosystems from inception are also desirable.
