The Ecosystem Management Executive at iyzico plays a pivotal role in designing and executing partnership strategies within the consumer ecosystem. This position involves managing projects end-to-end, fostering relationships with partners for the 'Pay with iyzico' service, and ensuring continuous optimization of business models and processes. The role is integral to iyzico's mission of simplifying online payment processes and democratizing financial services.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing third-party partnerships, such as those with issuing banks, payment processors, and card schemes. The executive will monitor regulatory and compliance requirements within the fintech ecosystem, ensuring internal alignment and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities. Additionally, the role involves developing and optimizing commercial models, including revenue sharing, pricing, and profitability for ecosystem partnerships. The executive will also oversee and analyze campaign and partnership performance, focusing on return on investment, volume, and conversion metrics, and will develop and deliver reports and research presentations to support ecosystem management initiatives.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in fintech or financial services, with strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and partnership development. A commercial mindset with the ability to convert partnerships into tangible business outcomes is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, along with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a strong sense of ownership. Proven project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively are also necessary. Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
