Ecosystem Lead

The Ecosystem Lead will own strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth across key tracks such as chain integrations, DeFi protocols, asset issuers, and institutional participants. Working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, the role involves defining and executing partnership strategies, building and maintaining long-term relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, and identifying and prioritizing markets, verticals, or use cases that strengthen the platform’s position at the intersection of infrastructure and capital markets. Additionally, the Ecosystem Lead will negotiate and close strategic partnerships that expand network utility, liquidity, and tokenized asset adoption.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities that drive TVL growth, tokenized asset flows, and sustainable revenue; designing incentive programs, joint go-to-market initiatives, or distribution strategies to onboard protocols, issuers, and institutional participants; collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to scope integrations, align technical requirements, and co-develop high-impact use cases; and building co-marketing, liquidity, or pilot initiatives that demonstrate ecosystem value and partner success. The role also encompasses owning the full partner lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, and acting as the internal voice of partners by translating market and partner feedback into actionable product and ecosystem insights.
The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within blockchain, fintech, or capital markets. A strong understanding of at least two of the following domains is required: blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, RWA, financial assets, or funds. A proven track record of closing complex partnerships or integrations in DeFi, tokenization, or financial infrastructure is essential. Familiarity with asset tokenization, on-chain liquidity design, and institutional capital flows is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with a self-driven, execution-focused mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environments. An existing network across chain ecosystems, RWA platforms, DeFi protocols, or institutional investors is advantageous.
