Ecosystem Lead 生态系统负责人

The Ecosystem Lead will spearhead strategic partnerships and drive ecosystem growth for a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain platform focused on the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins. This role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bridge traditional Web2 institutions into the Web3 space, enhancing on-chain asset diversity and expanding investor participation.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing partnership strategies across various tracks such as chain integrations, DeFi protocol onboarding, RWA issuers, and institutional funds. The Ecosystem Lead will build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, validators, asset managers, liquidity providers, and institutions. Additionally, the role involves identifying new business opportunities to drive total value locked (TVL) growth, designing incentive programs, and collaborating with internal teams to scope integrations and co-develop high-impact use cases.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within blockchain, fintech, or capital markets. A strong understanding of at least two of the following domains is essential: blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, RWA, financial assets, or funds. Proven experience in closing complex partnerships or integrations in DeFi, tokenization, or financial infrastructure is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with a self-driven and execution-focused mindset.
