This team focuses on leveraging technology-assisted review and artificial intelligence to streamline e-discovery processes, reducing the scope, burden, and cost associated with litigation and investigations. The E-Discovery Analyst will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of e-discovery demands, including litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions. Key duties involve developing and implementing effective discovery plans, utilizing advanced technologies to enhance document review processes, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The role also includes consulting with clients' in-house IT departments to devise defensible collection strategies and assisting in the creation of legal hold plans.
