E-Discovery Analyst
Fredrikson & Byron is seeking an E-Discovery Analyst to join their E-Discovery Strategy & Advocacy Group. This team focuses on leveraging technology-assisted review and artificial intelligence to streamline e-discovery processes, reducing the scope, burden, and cost associated with litigation and investigations. The firm is committed to providing strategic and tactical e-discovery solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
The E-Discovery Analyst will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of e-discovery demands, including litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions. Key duties involve developing and implementing effective discovery plans, utilizing advanced technologies to enhance document review processes, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The role also includes consulting with clients' in-house IT departments to devise defensible collection strategies and assisting in the creation of legal hold plans.
Candidates should possess a strong background in e-discovery processes and technologies, with experience in technology-assisted review and artificial intelligence applications in legal contexts. Familiarity with data privacy laws and cross-border discovery challenges is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both legal and technical teams, are required.
