Essential skills include mechanical aptitude, familiarity with tools and equipment, and the ability to learn and apply drilling and well installation methods. Strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and the capacity to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting equipment weighing over 100 lbs, are crucial. A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean record is required, and a CDL B license is preferred. Experience in equipment or automotive repair, welding, and environmental sample collection is advantageous.
