Additionally, the role involves managing approximately four Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters, overseeing their daily activities, conducting training sessions, and monitoring first billing data by promoters and merchants.
The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related role, preferably in sales within the financial services sector. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential.
