Additionally, the role includes monitoring daily activities of promoters, conducting training sessions, and overseeing the first billing data by promoters and merchants.
Candidates should possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in sales within the financial services sector. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required. Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and marketing proficiency, particularly with social media, are essential for success in this position.
