The District Sales Manager - Paylater (Bengkulu) at is responsible for overseeing sales operations within the Bengkulu area, focusing on the Paylater product. This role involves managing a team of approximately four Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters to achieve regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities include daily visits to merchants to ensure the effective implementation of promotional programs and the proper placement of point-of-purchase materials. The manager will coordinate with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field issues. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the daily activities of promoters, conducting training sessions, and overseeing the first billing data by promoters and merchants.

Candidates should possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related role, preferably in sales within the financial services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
