District Sales Manager - Paylater (Banjarmasin)

The District Sales Manager - Paylater position in Banjarmasin is a key role within Cermaticom, focusing on driving sales and ensuring the effective implementation of the Paylater program in the designated area. The successful candidate will lead a team of Sales Promoter Leaders and Promoters, working closely with merchants to achieve sales targets and enhance program visibility.

Key responsibilities include daily visits to merchants to monitor and support sales activities, ensuring the proper placement of promotional materials in stores, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field issues. The role also involves overseeing the daily activities of approximately 2 Sales Promoter Leaders, 55 Sales Promoters, and 1 Merchant Relation, as well as conducting training sessions to maintain high team performance.

Candidates should possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related sales role, preferably within financial services such as insurance or unit trusts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required. Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in social media marketing are essential for success in this position.
