In this role, you will be responsible for achieving partner sales targets specific to your assigned area. Your daily activities will include making five point-of-sale visits, ensuring the smooth execution of programs, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales, competitors, and field issues. Additionally, you will monitor the daily activities of field teams and conduct both initial and refresher training sessions with partners, either offline or online.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a senior high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field. A minimum of one year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry is required. Strong networks within the retail industry, the ability to work under pressure, high mobility, and maintaining good relationships with client sales forces are essential qualities for this position.
