District Sales Manager - Insurance (Banjarmasin)

Cermati is a financial technology startup based in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. We are seeking a District Sales Manager for our Insurance division in Banjarmasin to lead our sales initiatives in the region.

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving partner sales targets within the designated area. This includes conducting daily visits to points of sale, ensuring the effective implementation of programs, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field challenges. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the daily activities of field teams and conducting both initial and refresher training sessions with partners, either offline or online.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field or have at least one year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry. A strong network within the retail industry is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, demonstrate high mobility, and maintain positive relationships with client sales forces.
