District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager at Cermaticom is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated area. This role involves daily visits to merchants, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional programs, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitors, and field issues. The manager will oversee approximately four Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters, monitoring their daily activities and providing necessary training and refreshers. Additionally, the role includes ensuring the proper placement of promotional materials in stores and monitoring data related to first billing by promoters and merchants.

Candidates should possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related area, preferably in sales within financial services such as insurance or unit trusts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required. Strong leadership abilities are essential, along with effective communication and marketing skills, including familiarity with social media platforms.
