District Manager

As a District Manager at Public Storage, you will oversee a portfolio of multiple self-storage facilities, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams in a retail, service, or hospitality industry. A proven track record of top-tier performance, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and the ability to relocate for growth opportunities is highly valued.

Compensation includes a first-year annual total of $128,000, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units.
