District Manager

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and retaining high-performing teams within the retail, service, or hospitality industries. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and budgets, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and candidates should be open to future relocation opportunities.

Compensation includes an annual total of $116,000, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits feature participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive healthcare programs, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
