District Manager

As a District Manager at Public Storage, you will oversee a portfolio of multi-unit locations, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Established in 1972, Public Storage has grown to become a leader in the self-storage industry with thousands of locations nationwide.

In this role, you will recruit, motivate, and retain a dedicated team of customer-facing employees. Your responsibilities include managing physical assets, overseeing delinquent tenant processes, conducting monthly property audits, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams in a retail, service, hospitality, or related industry. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, exceptional communication and time management skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Compensation includes a first-year annual total of up to $121,000, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive healthcare programs, a 401(k) plan with generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
