Compensation for this role includes an annual total compensation opportunity ranging from $93,000 to $109,000, which encompasses base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive group healthcare programs, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
