As a District Manager at Public Storage, you will oversee a portfolio of multi-unit locations, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, motivating, and retaining a team of customer-facing hourly front-line employees. Your duties include managing physical assets, overseeing repair and maintenance systems, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with cleaning standards. Additionally, you will conduct monthly property audits, oversee delinquent tenant processes, and implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams within a retail, service, hospitality, or related industry. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and exceptional communication and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and a passion for sales and customer service excellence are also required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Public Storage offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a first-year annual total compensation opportunity of $116,000, which encompasses base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units.
