The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality, or related industries. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and candidates should be willing to relocate for growth opportunities.
Compensation includes an annual total compensation award opportunity of $128,000 in the first year, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive healthcare programs, a 401(k) with generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
