District Manager

As a District Manager at Public Storage, you will oversee a portfolio of multi-unit locations, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include recruiting, motivating, and retaining a team of customer-facing hourly front-line employees. You will manage physical assets, oversee repair and maintenance systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality, or related industries. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and candidates should be willing to relocate for growth opportunities.

Compensation includes an annual total compensation award opportunity of $128,000 in the first year, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive healthcare programs, a 401(k) with generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
