The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams within the retail, service, or hospitality industries. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and exceptional communication and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and a passion for sales and customer service excellence are also required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and candidates should be open to future relocation for growth opportunities.
Public Storage offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a first-year total compensation opportunity of $128,000, which encompasses base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units.
