Additionally, you will conduct monthly property audits to ensure operational standards and safety compliance, address customer inquiries promptly, and utilize analytics to identify trends and develop strategies to capitalize on business opportunities within your district.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills in building and retaining high-performing teams within a retail, service, or hospitality environment. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and exceptional communication and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a passion for sales and customer service excellence are also required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and candidates should be open to future relocation for growth opportunities.
Compensation for this role includes an annual total compensation award opportunity ranging from $112,000 to $128,000, which encompasses base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive group healthcare programs, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
