Dispatch Supervisor
The Dispatch Supervisor at Nabis plays a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and execution of product deliveries within the cannabis distribution network. This position is integral to the operations team, ensuring that deliveries are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. Nabis, a leading licensed cannabis wholesale platform, supplies over $1 billion worth of products annually across multiple states, including California, New York, and Nevada.
Key responsibilities include reviewing daily orders to ensure alignment between METRC data and internal invoices, updating delivery documentation as needed, and assisting with the loading and unloading of products. The Dispatch Supervisor is also tasked with routing delivery stops, preparing necessary paperwork such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and invoices, and acting as a liaison between drivers, brand partners, and retail shops to address any issues that arise during deliveries.
Candidates should possess an associate degree or have at least two years of relevant work experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stretching. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with basic math proficiency. Experience in dispatch or distribution, particularly within the cannabis industry and familiarity with METRC, is highly desirable.
Compensation for this full-time position starts at $24.50 per hour, with weekly pay.
