Director, Strategy & Operations (Housing)

The Strategy & Operations team acts as the conduit for translating company strategy into actionable execution across the organization. As a Director of Strategy & Operations within the Housing division, you will serve as a trusted partner and execution lead for the division's most critical initiatives.
In this role, you will be embedded within the Housing division, helping to define and operationalize strategic priorities, establish operating cadences, and set success metrics. You will support the General Manager and functional leaders by translating high-level goals into executable plans, while personally owning large, high-impact initiatives from initial strategy through execution and delivery of measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of professional experience, preferably including time in management consulting and/or a high-growth startup within a Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff function. An entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional conceptual thinking, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Flex offers a competitive compensation package, with base salaries ranging from $216,000 to $270,000 for candidates in Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF/Seattle).
