Director, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
The Director, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development at Teads will lead global business growth through strategic partnerships, managing relationships, driving innovative initiatives, and aligning with corporate goals. This role blends strategic partnerships with business development, focusing on identifying, securing, and optimizing high-value partnerships that advance Teads' corporate, commercial, and product strategy. The position is part of the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development team, a global group within the Enterprise organization.
Key responsibilities include driving global business growth through strategic partnerships and new high-value partnerships, identifying and creating new strategic alliances aligned with the company's goals, and serving as the main point of contact for global enterprise-level programmatic DSP partnerships. The role also involves providing high-quality partnership and service, empowering and educating clients on Teads' offerings, and executing annual objectives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in ad tech with a deep understanding of the Ad Tech Ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers, Networks, and measurement partners. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proven track record in strategic partnerships or business development with experience closing high-value deals, and the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management. A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering excellent results with speed and accuracy is essential.
The compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $230,000 annually, including on-target earnings. The actual amount offered may vary based on factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
