Director/Sr. Director of Employer Sales

Midi Health is a rapidly growing virtual care clinic dedicated to supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges. As the Director/Sr. Director of Employer Sales, you will spearhead national employer sales initiatives, managing a territory and overseeing the entire sales process—from identifying and engaging target accounts to executive engagement, contracting, and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem and a consultative sales approach, leveraging relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans to expand Midi Health's reach.
