Director, SOX Compliance

Palmetto Clean Technology is seeking a Director of SOX Compliance to lead and manage the company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable SOX 404 compliance framework to ensure the company is well-prepared for Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) controls audits. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and demonstrate the ability to operate effectively at the executive level.
