About the Role:

Hiring + managing the team responsible for selling to the “Majors” account base (F1000 accounts in AMER). This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high growth company, in a $10B TAM segment, selling to the world's top organizations with a team of experienced leaders. We are looking for a company builder that wants to grow and lead a high performing team. This role acts as frontline manager for ~6 AEs.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage a team of high performing AEs in AMER focused on selling to the largest companies in the region.

- Growing the Team: identify, recruit, hire and coach AEs coming from a consultative/value selling sales background
