Director, Product Management, Identity

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, is seeking a Director of Product Management for their Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) products. This role involves leading the development and success of these offerings, which are integral to the Huntress Security Platform serving SMB and mid-sized clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels.

As a "player-coach," the Director will set the product vision and strategy, manage a small team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover, prototype, validate, and launch new capabilities. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, creating detailed business requirements, and driving product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in product management, particularly with cloud-focused security products, ITDR, and ISPM. A proven track record in leading product innovation, working in agile environments, and strong communication skills are essential.

The compensation package includes a base salary between $260,000 and $290,000, plus bonus and equity.
