Director, Organizational Performance (Bangkok based)
The Director of Organizational Performance at Agoda is a pivotal role within the People Development & Performance team, based in Bangkok, Thailand. This position involves partnering with senior leaders across the organization to enhance and evolve the measurement and assessment of organizational effectiveness. The role is integral to driving performance management and related talent management processes, such as talent identification and succession planning, aligning with Agoda's vision and multi-year strategy.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with senior departmental leaders and People Team colleagues to understand business strategies and organizational contexts, identifying opportunities to foster a high-performing culture. The Director will manage platforms and cycles for performance calibration, talent reviews, performance reviews, and succession planning across the company. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance data, organizational structures, and talent movement to recommend and implement improvements to talent processes swiftly. Leading and developing a team to deliver company-wide and departmental programs is also a critical aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in internal HR partnering, talent management, or organizational consulting within large organizations, preferably in the tech industry, or possess strategic or management consulting experience. A strong business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution are essential. The candidate should have deep experience in implementing and improving performance management platforms and processes, particularly in fast-paced tech environments. Excellent executive presence, judgment, and the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences are crucial. A bachelor's degree from a top university is expected, with advanced degrees welcomed.
