Director, Open Mobilization

The Director will perform initial discovery to document client workflows, set clear project goals, design future-state operating models, manage technical setup, oversee training delivery, and ensure a successful handover to client teams. Additionally, the role involves mentoring managers, ensuring quality across deployment activities, and acting as a subject matter expert on the practical application and optimization of the WPP Open platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technology consulting, client service, or a senior operational role within a media agency. They should demonstrate expertise in leading complex, multi-month projects involving technology implementation, process re-engineering, and change management. Deep, hands-on knowledge of marketing technology platforms, such as planning tools, campaign management systems, and analytics dashboards, is essential. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics, are also required.
