Director of Talent Development and Performance

The Director will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive strategies for talent management and succession planning. Key responsibilities include developing onboarding experiences, implementing scalable manager and leadership development programs, and building robust leadership initiatives. The role also involves identifying talent capability gaps, creating learning paths to support growth, and developing strategies for succession planning. Additionally, the Director will analyze data to measure program outcomes and ensure alignment with the company's future growth objectives.
Candidates should have over eight years of experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs. Experience in tech, fintech, or proptech industries is preferred. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in people management, with a focus on coaching and developing individuals, is also essential.
